Meetings and Calendar provides multiple functions such as creating events, setting reminders, managing categories, and organizing meetings. It helps you effectively manage your daily schedule and time, quickly improving work efficiency so you never miss an important meeting or appointment.

Accessing the calendar: After logging into your mailbox, find and click "Meetings and Calendar" in the left navigation bar.

Click on a created event to view some of its details. The event display page shows basic information, recurrence frequency, and reminder method, as shown below.

Below the event information, there are three function buttons. Click "Full Edit" to go to the event modification page, "Delete" to delete the event, and "Close" to return to the original view.

You can add meetings and events in Coremail in the following ways:

• 1) In the day, week, or month view, hover your mouse over a specific day and click "New Event."
• 2) Click the [+] button at the top of the page to go to the add event page.

The new event page includes: Basic Information, Invitees, Time Arrangement, Recurrence Frequency, and Reminder Method. Fill in the relevant information and save the event to finish adding it to the calendar.

If you invite others to a meeting, please select "Send notifications to invitees," so they will receive your meeting invitation email.

Note: You cannot add external contacts, departments, or distribution lists as invitees to meeting invitations.

Click "Schedule Time," then click on the meeting rooms and invitees in the right sidebar to see their free/busy status.

You can view the status of up to three meeting rooms/invitees at a time. To view other invitees, you must first deselect the ones currently displayed in the right sidebar.

• When you receive a meeting invitation, you can choose to "Accept," "Tentative," or "Decline." The meeting organizer will immediately receive your response.

  

• You can delete a single event in the following ways:

  • 1) Click the [Delete Event] link next to the event in the day, week, or month view.
  • 2) Click the event to open the full event view page, then click the "Delete" button at the bottom of the page.

• To delete events in bulk:

  • On the "Events" page, check the boxes next to multiple events, then click the "Delete Event" button to delete them all at once.

    

In the "Events" view of the calendar management, you will find a "Quick Search" box in the upper left corner. You can use keywords to quickly locate the event you are looking for.

As shown in the image above, enter keywords into the search box and click search. The system will find events where the name, location, or description matches the keywords and display them in the main area.

Calendar synchronization means that when you create, modify, or delete an event in Webmail, the event in your Outlook calendar remains synchronized with your user calendar in Webmail, and vice versa.You don't have to worry about your schedule being disorganized because of inconsistencies between your Webmail calendar and your local Outlook calendar when you use the Outlook email client.The Coremail calendar supports synchronization with clients like Outlook. Synchronizing with mobile device calendars requires purchasing the Coremail Push service.To achieve two-way synchronization between your Outlook calendar and the Coremail server, you need to install the Coremail client address book plugin.

Click the settings icon in the upper right corner of My Calendar to enter calendar management. Select Settings and Sharing, and set up who you want to share with and their corresponding permissions. You can set other users' permissions for handling events: View and Edit.
View: Can only view the shared calendar, cannot perform any operations.
Edit: Can edit your calendar events.
