Click on File Center in the left navigation bar, then click on "Corporate Drive" to enter the corporate drive page. You can perform the following operations:
1) Upload: Select the path and files you want to upload. You can upload multiple files. After selecting, click "OK."
2) New Folder: Enter the name of the new folder.
3) Download: Select the files in your personal drive and click "Download."
4) Delete: Select the files you want to delete, check the box, and click "Delete." A confirmation prompt will appear. Click "OK" to delete.
5) In the folder list, corresponding operations will appear based on your permissions for different folders, such as "Rename," "Upload," and "Access Permissions."
6) In the file list, you can perform operations on individual files such as "Download," "Preview," and "Send." Clicking "Send" will take you to the "Compose" page, where the file will be automatically attached. You can then write your email content.
