Spam generally refers to unsolicited email, such as commercial advertisements or illegal emails sent without the recipient's request.

If you see spam on the web page, you can click "Reject" in the "More" menu at the top of the read mail page. The sender of this spam will be automatically added to your blocklist, and any future emails from this address will not be delivered to your mailbox.

If you have downloaded the email to your local computer and found it to be spam, you can use the tools provided by your email client, such as "Block Sender" in Outlook Express, to reject it. For specific instructions, please refer to the help file of the respective software.

All incoming emails from addresses on the blocklist will be directly rejected by the system.

Setup method: Click "Settings" in the upper right corner of the mailbox page, then go to "Security Settings" and select "Blocklist." On the "Blocklist Settings" page, click the "Add" button at the top to add a contact to the blocklist. After clicking "OK," the user will be displayed in the list box on the left, indicating that the blocklist has been successfully set.

All incoming emails from the allowlist will not be filtered by the system.

• 3) Do not subscribe to informal or unhealthy e-zines to prevent your address from being collected by spammers.
• 4) Do not register your email address on web pages that collect spam.
• 5) If you find a website or message that collects or sells email addresses, please inform the corresponding homepage provider or administrator to have your address removed, to prevent it from being exploited and sold to many commercial and illegal users.
• 6) It is recommended that you use a dedicated mailbox for private correspondence and another for subscribing to e-zines.

Spamming software sends spam by generating usernames from combinations of letters and numbers, and it hides the sender's address. Therefore, the recipient will see that the sender is themselves.

When you receive such an email, please do not worry. Please delete it immediately or forward it as an attachment to the system administrator.

• Spam is generally sent using mass-mailing software, and the sender's address can be forged. Viewing the email header can help you find the real sender. Here's how to view the header:
• 1) If you are viewing the email on a web page, open the email and click "View Source" in the "Other Actions" menu at the top of the email display page to see the header.
• 2) If you are using Outlook Express to receive emails, point to the email without opening it, right-click, select "Properties," and then click "Details" to see the header.
• If there is a "Sender" field, the address after it is the real sender. If there is no "Sender" field, the last "Received from" line indicates the SMTP server used by the sender.
• The basic format of a "Receive" statement is: From Server A by Server B, where Server A is the sending server and Server B is the receiving server.
• Generally, Server A in the last "Receive" line is the sender's address, and Server B is the sending server they used, which is the starting point of the email. Server B in the first "Receive" line is your own mail receiving server. Different servers add different information to the header, so sometimes you may not find any IP address or domain name in a "Receive" line. In this case, you can ignore it and continue looking up.

This may be due to sending spam or emails containing viruses or Trojans, which can disrupt the normal use of the internet for others and pose security risks. If your account was blocked by mistake, you can contact the email administrator for help in unblocking it.

Click "Receive" to go to the email index page. Select the email you want to report, and at the top of the page, click the "This is Spam" button. The email will be moved to the spam folder.

You need to go to your spam folder, select the email you believe is not spam, and at the top of the page, click the "Not Spam" button. The email will be moved to your inbox, and you will be prompted to add the sender to your personal allowlist.
