Simply click on the subject of an email to read it.

If you receive an email with an attachment, a paperclip icon will appear in the email's row on the list page. When you read the email, you can choose to open or download the attachment.

Open the read mail interface. The attachments will be displayed at the bottom of the interface. Hover your mouse over an attachment to see the online preview icon. Click it to preview the attachment online.

This problem is caused by a setting in IE. You can fix it by unchecking the option.

Here's what to do:

• 1) Open IE and select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu.
• 2) In the "Advanced" tab of the Internet Options, find the "Browsing" section and uncheck "Always send URLs as UTF-8." Then click "OK" to save your changes.

After changing the settings as described above, you should be able to open attachments in your emails.

• 1) Delete: Deletes the email from your mailbox. It can be recovered from the Deleted Items folder.

• 7) Add All to Personal Contacts (if feature is enabled): Adds the sender and all recipients of the email to your personal contacts.
• 8) Add/Modify Personal Contact (if feature is enabled): Adds the sender's information to your personal contacts.
• 9) Download Email: You can download the email in eml format to your local folder.
• 10) Print Email: Prints the email.
• 11) Reject Email: Blocks future emails from the sender.
• 12) Filter: Filters the email.
• 13) Report: You can report the email as spam or illegal, or add the sender to your blocklist.
• 14) Save Email As (if feature is enabled): You can download the email in HTML format and its attachments as a package to your local folder.
• 15) Save Attachments As (if feature is enabled): You can download all attachments in the email as a package to your local folder.
• 16) View Header: You can view the source of the email, which is important for anti-spam purposes.
• 17) View Source: Select to restore the email from its source code state to its normal content state.
• 18) Encoding: If the received email is garbled, you can choose a different encoding to adjust it.
• 19) Add Note: You can add a note to the email.

• 1) Go to the folder containing the email you want to move (e.g., "Inbox" or another folder).
• 2) Select the email you want to move.
• 3) Click the "Move" dropdown list on the page.
• 4) From the dropdown list, select the destination folder. The email will be moved immediately.

Yes, click the "Forward" button at the top of the read mail page. On the forward email page, enter the recipient's address, edit the email completely, and then click "Send."

There are three reasons why you might receive a garbled email:

• a) The encoding used by the sender's country or region is different from that of mainland China. For example, Hong Kong and Taiwan generally use Big5. If you view the email directly in your mailbox, it may appear as garbled text.
• b) The email client used by the sender is different from the one you are using.
• c) The email transmission mechanism of the sender's mail server is different from that of your mail server.
• For most garbled emails, you can try the following solution:
• On the email page, in the "More" encoding options, try selecting different encodings to see if you can read the email normally.
